「Bring earplugs &/or white noise. You’re sharing a home with the hosts, so sounds from their living area leak past interior doors.
Kudos to them for being willing to share an attached dwelling with strangers — I don’t think I could!
Other things to be aware of:
You may be charged $25 extra if unable to check in at the appointed time.
The short access road is bumpy, dusty gravel. Otherwise, all routes are paved.
Room was very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to meet their dogs and cats...

「This is the first negative review I’ve written on VRBO and we use VRBO quite often. We rented this place during New Years. Our toilet was plugged and we could not get hold of the manager by phone or email. We ended buying a plunger ourselves and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger for future guests.
