“While the hotel staff was amazing and bed comfortable, if you do not sleep like the dead, then this is not your hotel. The walls are thin and the windows to the outside even worse. Every single car could be heard during the night and every cube the ice maker in the hallway machine dropped was heard loudly in our room. Parking is super limited; think 20 spaces maybe and parking close does not look well secured. It was easy to walk to Gainbridge so again a positive. Would I stay there again;……

“Our air conditioning quit working during the night and only heat would come out. We were very uncomfortable, and didn’t get good sleep. When I reported it the next morning they said they would speak with the manager when she got in and have her call me. When she didn’t call I called her number and left a message to please call me. It’s been 2 days and she hasn’t called. We won’t be staying there our next time through. I will say that other than this problem the facility was nice and reasonably……
