“We loved our Mission Beach stay. The house was comfortable and we had everything we needed, with a terrific kitchen that made cooking meals easy. The host was extremely accommodating, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The location is awesome—between the bay and the ocean. We biked or walked to coffee shops and restaurants and yoga class. Swimming and jogging was fun. It was also a quick drive to La Jolla Park. The airport is nearby which was convenient for travel. “The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach, shops, and great food. I counted about 50 steps from the front door to the sand! I had considered renting a house directly on the beach, but decided against it because those homes tend to have a lot of foot traffic right out front. This spot was the ideal balance of convenience and privacy.We stayed here over Christmas, and the added bonus was the festive Christmas tree on the beach decorated with colorful plastic sand toys and……
