“We had a great time. Super close to the beach which was amazing and included beach supplies. Good for both groups, although the bed situation is not ideal. Lots of pull out beds but we made do! Excellent kitchen. Overall great house and AMAZING location.”

“Curtis was fantastic and brought us a couple guitars for some Christmas carol serenading at the promenade in front of our home. So fun. The hot tub was grand. The beach proximity was the highlight. Everything we needed was included with the house.”

“This home was perfect for a solo traveler (but will accommodate a couple easily). Full transparency: I had to travel unexpectedly due to the death of a friend. To be able to come "home" to this lovely cottage and all of its tranquility was a balm to my soul. It truly provided a safe haven to grieve. In addition, Santiago was communicative and responsive to all of my sleeve tugging. He was patient and kind and added to the experience. “Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend. ”
