"The property was a nice property, but there was a problem with parking. I had no communication until 30 minutes before check-in even though I tried to contact the host numerous times and had Expedia tried to contact them and couldn’t get a hold of him. There is no air-conditioning which sucked because it was hot. All they have is fans and the shower is so tiny. That is very hard to shower, but it’s in a great location."

"My family and I had a fantastic vacation at this home right on the beach. It’s exactly what we wanted where we could see the beach in the ocean from our windows. We had beach days and drinks and dinner up on the top third floor deck. We had an amazing birthday dinner for my husband and had friends come visit. It was perfect to have a beach day with all of us there. The location was amazing. We could walk to just about anywhere and it was great to have air-conditioning and a garage. We will be back."

"Our stay was great. Our kids really liked the secret bed and the easy beach access was really nice. Only one of our two cars was able to fit but finding a space on the main street for the minivan didn't end up being too hard."

"My son lives in San Diego and I’ve stayed in many AirBnb/Vrbo rentals there over the last 10 years, specifically in Pacific Beach which is where I like to be when I’m there. This place is an excellent value for the money. Great location, spotless, comfortable beds, and the living space was very comfortable. It was even more spacious than the photos showed, which never happens! The kitchen was newly upgraded/refreshed, with nice countertops and beautiful tile, well stocked with utensils/cookware and anything you’d reasonably need (good knives, etc…). Interior was fresh and clean with plenty of light/windows. The location is fantastic- just steps from the boardwalk on the beach side, and a 2 minute walk to the bay. The only drawback was that the bedroom windows are facing mission blvd so if you want to sleep with the windows open it can get a little loud at times. Like many places in San Diego this place did not have a/c but that fact was clearly noted in the listing and there were plenty of fans provided. The price point reflected those issues but was still extremely reasonable for the value of this unit. I also felt very safe with the outer security gate providing an extra layer of security. I stayed alone this time and didn’t use the second bedroom but made dinner for my son and 2 others, watched football and we were all so comfortable there. I would definitely book this unit again."
