Nice Stay

Room was clean, the exact size we needed. 1 complaint- you should specify the room is NOT facing the ocean, it's on the side of the building. Other than nice room.

Great room but be aware of the late check out!

The room was super nice and perfect for a getaway. You can see the ocean from the balcony thru the buildings. The bed was very comfy. The glass mirror had fingerprints and smudges all over, but the room was super clean. We opted to purchase the late checkout and when we tried to get in our room the code didn’t work. I went to the front desk and she said if you purchase online it doesn’t let them know. She gave me another code and it did not work either. I had to make multiple trips to the desk, the last time a wonderful specialist walked with me to my room to let me in. We will definitely be back!

Impressed but not

We stayed Sunday-Wednesday. The pools and beach access were amazing. The room was NOTHING like pictured in advertisement. Honesty would have made us aware of what we were going to get. The main lobby was really nice but the building we were in was pretty shabby. The lady at the front desk was not very accommodating when we expressed we would like a lower floor as we were traveling with a disabled vet. She appeared irritated that we even asked. I explained that we needed a lower floor and she kept telling me that the room was disclosed to us when we booked. I later saw that it was, but did not realize it until she said that. I told her we did NOT need a handicap room just one on a lower level. She said that all the doorways were extra large so a wheelchair could fit in any. 1 we did not need wheelchair access but 2 that was a blatant lie, we barely fit the luggage cart through the door. We wiped down the room completely ourselves and were not impressed with the cleanliness but it was just okay before we did it ourselves. The balcony was a total joke.. they had 2 little chairs and a tiny table which barely fit and was impossible for 2 adults to move in and out to. the price was very good and you cannot complain about that since you get what you pay for. I just looked at the pix and expected more. You really need to replace that pix so people know what they are paying for. Overall I’ll give it a 3.5

Great beach Vacation

Stayed here for a week with my Girlfriend. The room had a nice cozy charm, easy access to the beach. Also loved going to the Sandtrsp Bar on the first floor of the building.

Great place to stay!

This is truly a great place to stay. I was so iffy about booking this place because it was cheap. My mindset is, “you get what you pay for”. Usually that’s how it is. Not with this place. The pools were great. This room was near the parking garage, so not a long walk. The room was ready hours before check-in time. Close to the ocean. The sofa bed wasn’t too uncomfortable, and the king bed was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean and friendly. Horrible bed and pillows.

The resort was in a great location and looked really nice. The price was really reasonable as well. There’s two complaints I had. The biggest one was the bed and pillows were absolutely terrible. They were stiff as can be and weren’t even remotely comfortable. I was more comfortable laying on the floor unfortunately. The second complaint was we woke up the next morning and the floor in front of the fridge was soaked along with some shoes. The freezer was completely frozen over and the seal to the fridge was falling off so it leaked everywhere. I would stay here again to try but I just hope the bed is more comfortable.
