“The location is perfect. Across the street from Barefoot Landing. There are multiple pools, beach front, easy access to the beach. The condo itself is super cute and has everything you need including a full size fridge. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. Also, the pool areas and beach are monitored so despite being a large resort, everything was well maintained and safe. ”

“I have stayed in this complex twice a year due rh last 3 years. First time in this unit. It was clean and check in and check out was effortless. Had to leave early due to emergency at home, owner completely understood. Highly recommend this unit”

“All around great”

“Good”

“Five stars all the way. Host was very responsive and very easy to work with. The apartment is lovely - decor is very cozy and more modern than you would expect. We loved being on the first floor and being able to walk out the door and right onto the beach. Didn't even have to put on shoes. Our family stayed with our teenage sons and while it's small for a big family, it definitely works. We would stay here again (even talking about making it an annual tradition now). Highly recommend.”

“Everything was as described in the VRBO add. The location to the beach was great and the noise from the outside was minimal. However, the noise from the people upstairs walking around was loud and frequent early in the morning and late at night. My family and I would stay again.”

“Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing……

“The condo was exactly as pictured. We loved the separation of bedroom and general area. The view was what we expected. Our grandson loved the lazy river. The night pool security was very friendly when announcing pool closing at 11pm. The options of pools with different depths was also a favorite. We had a small glitch at check in but our host took care of it with ease. The only part that was stressful was finding appropriate parking in the garage for our truck due to the low clearance. ……

“Overall, it was in a great location walkable to the beach. Beds were comfortable and owner was very responsive. There is a separation on the wall, possibly from water damage at some point but everything else was good.”
