Great Vacation

The house was beautiful and the pool was clean. They had someone come out a few times to clean the pool throughout the week which i liked because they kept up on it and I didnt have to. Anytime I had questions before arriving they were quick to respond, which made my stay so much smoother. Definitely worth renting again!!!

Even better than expected!

My family and I stayed here for a week. We have stayed in NMB many times. This property was perfect! Others had mentioned that it was stocked, but wow! It was stocked as if their own family was coming. There was dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, nice dishes, grilling utensils, Tupperware, hand soap, etc. They thought of everything! Other things we loved- The appliances were so quiet we forgot they were on. The pool was heated perfectly. There was a bathroom by the garage so you didn’t have to go upstairs if you were in the pool. There was nice privacy in the backyard with the trees. Oh, and the labels were heavenly! Light switches and TV remotes were all labeled which made things so much easier to navigate. And the TV had DVR so we could record shows to watch at night. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was clean, quiet, and probably the most relaxing trip we have had in years. :)

Great location

We were a family of 6. We had plenty of space and would have comfortably had a few more people stay. The layout of the house is great and very well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things to note. There were fire ants by the pool. There was a card that said it had been treated, but there were a ton. My husband and daughter both got bit, and it’s pretty unpleasant. Just be prepared to keep an eye on them. The house was clean enough, but not for what you pay for cleaning. I own and clean 3 vacation rental properties, so maybe I’m a little more observant than some people would be, but there were coffee stains on the counter from the appliances not being moved for cleaning, the toilet bowls were dirty, and there was a dirt film on all the glass tops on tables and dressers. We did a quick run through before really settling in, but it would have been nice to not need to do that. Bring beach towels. The towels provided are thin and small and very rough. We went and bought better towels but would have brought them from home if we’d known ahead. The beds were “ok,” but we went and bought a mattress topper for the King bed to make it comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again. It was close to the beach (our two year old easily walked to and from). It was close to many restaurants and attractions,

Great Location and amenities

Very clean with a great kitchen. Pool was great and a perfect activity when it's too cold for the beach. Very close walk to beach. Kitchen had everything you could need and overall house had lots of nice extras. The one complaint we had were that the beds were soft and had no support. We tried both the queen and double and both were terrible. The master wasn't as bad, but the one thing this house needs is some better mattresses.
