Property is well maintained, with a cheerful, beachy aesthetic. Parking pass and pool bracelets were readily available when we arrived, and the multiple pools and lazy rivers made for an excellent vacation!

Not as it seems

The property was NOT what it was shown to be, mold and rotting spots on the walls are what met me when i got there. The smell was bad and the location, while it did have a view of the ocean, had equally sketchy people hanging around the property..

We have been comming to GS for 30 years, Property is showing some age staff doing good job of keeping place up. Unit we stayed in looks like a rental only unit, as soon you walk in wall molding held on with painted over duct tape, 3 forks, 3 bowls, worn out frying pans that smoke the place up setting off fire alarms, host must not ever check on place, we had to sweep place on arrival sand every where. We had friends and family I 4 other units , this was the worst one of the group
