This recently renovated, newly furnished sunlit 3BR/2BA pet-friendly condo is nestled just across the street from the ocean's edge in Crescent Beach in NMB. A haven of space and light, it exudes artistic flair with walls adorned by captivating coastal retro art, setting the stage for a stay that's as visually enchanting as it is comfortable. Equipped kitchen, room for 8 guests, and a prime location. Less than 5min to Main St. and a quick 10min drive to the vibrant Barefoot Landing.
The Space:
ENTRY
Your two free assigned parking space awaits! Unwind in your first-floor unit (#5) with a simple lock code for seamless entry. Enjoy some rest on your private porch furnished with a table and chair set. Let's ensure a peaceful stay for everyone by being mindful of neighboring units above and beside yours.
BEDROOMS
The unit has 3 bedrooms, each supplied with a single set of sheets per bed, Smart TV, a luggage rack, mobile charging ports, and closet with hanging rod & storage shelf. Iron & ironing board provided as well.

While we strongly advise having a car for transportation, alternative options like taxis and Ubers are available.

Great Rental by the Beach
This rental property is exactly what my family was looking for. It was a short walk from the beach, comfortably slept all 8 of us, had space to sit out our beach stuff each day, and offered showers to wash off after the beach. The owner was excellent at responding to any questions or concerns we had. Parking was a little tight, but 2 spots were provided. The kitchen was stocked with the bare essentials, so if you plan to cook in make sure you bring some items you need, but otherwise it’s a perfect location for a great price. We will be back here again for sure.

Great Location, nice set up but
Location is perfect - walk across ocean Blvd. and there is beach access, decor/set up of condo is great. I greatly appreciated laundry in the condo. Negatives - parking is horrible - if you have large vehicle you won't fit! If the condo above you is occupied you hear everything - could hear every step they took - bad if they are night owls and you are an early riser. Finally tub drain in large bathroom is full of sand ... whenever you took a shower would take forever to drain and sand was everywhere in tub (we were there in December - we weren't rolling in the sand - it was on our shoes ... so the sand wasn't from us.) Smaller bathroom does not have an outlet. The owners did responded quickly to any questions and were great to work with.

Property ok-parking is a nightmare
Location to beach and beach access is great-right across the street. Property itself was ok. Both showers/tubs had bad drainage issues. When showering water backs up and is extremely slow to drain. Fitted bed sheets wouldn’t stay on the beds. They either aren’t deep enough for the mattress or the elastic is stretched out. The biggest drawback for me was the parking. If you have a full size or extended cab pickup truck or larger SUV and have to park in the back, your vehicle will be sticking out halfway across the street. I think if the spots on the front side were designated for larger vehicles only and the ones in the back for smaller or compact vehicles, this would eliminate that issue. If you luck up and have friendly folks staying there who are willing to switch spots if they have one in front and you don’t, that would work but we weren’t that lucky. We stayed in unit 5 and both of those spots are in the back. We tried different strategies trying to get the truck out of the road only to have those in other units complaining about everything. We were even threatened with towing after our vehicles were parked in the correct spots!! Bottom line, if you drive a truck or large SUV, either reserve unit 1, 2, 3 or 4 so you can park up front (you will only have 1 spot up front though). Otherwise I would stay somewhere else. It’s not worth the risk of your vehicle getting hit.

Great little spot
The location of this property is excellent with just a short walk across the street to the beach! we loved the outdoor space available to sit and relax with coffee or relax after coming home from the beach. The available outdoor showers are also a plus! The only minor complaint is that the kitchen is VERY minimally stocked with cook ware and utensils but that's not an issue for folks who don't cook. The owner was very responsive and check in/out were very simple! I would stay here again!!
