This was our 5th year vacationing at this very same house since 2019, the first year the current backyard with pool/hot tub were installed by the previous owners. We instantly fell in love with this house and its location the first year we stayed in Cherry Grove, and it very well accommodates our family of 8, this year with our first grandchild at 9-months old. We've already booked for the same week in 2025. The new owners have taken appropriate steps to mitigate the occasional high tide/storm flooding by raising ground level appliances (frig, washer, dryer) and pool filter equipment up on wooden platforms. However, both bathrooms need substantial upgrades, and sticking noisy doors should also be addressed, PLEASE?

Where do I start? First, 5 Stars! The location is perfect in our favorite Cherry Grove Beach with the channel on two sides. We always love watching nature “happen” as it does with the changing tides. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking is right at the dock and The Point” is an absolutely gorgeous place to see at the end of this channel. The home is just as pretty as the pictures show.. All and more is how I best describe it:) Updated beautifully and very spacious. Love, love that kitchen. The sunroom and the views are mesmerizing. The outdoor furniture is plentiful and very high quality and so pleased at all the outdoor opportunities for a group of four to seventy! Beautifully landscaped and fun! The grill, hot tub and pool fabulous!
