Comfortable for the whole family!

We enjoyed our family trip to Cherry Grove this year, the house has more than enough room for everyone! We enjoyed spending meal times in the kitchen all together while watching the beautiful waves come and go. The kids enjoyed the game room upstairs with yet another outstanding view of the ocean. The elevator was also very helpful with our elderly family members. The biggest downfalls i would say was, certain areas/rooms could have been cleaned better as there was still sand in the floor from the previous occupants, plus it was hard to clean up when they give you a broom but no dustpan anywhere to be found. Then the plug in on the vacuum was also so badly bent there was no using it either. So a few let downs but overall our stay here was very pleasant.

We loved the house. It was very roomy and accomadated our large family. It was clean and well kept. The location was great for eating out and of course right on the ocean. Pool and spa were a plus and the large decks with plenty of furniture were enjoyed. Staff was very responsive to any questions or needs.

Staying in this house will make all other vacation homes unacceptable. We can’t find anything we like better and we have looked because this one is above our normal vacation budget, but it’s worth it. Privacy, ocean views all around, elevator, porches on both sides and levels, quality furnishings, double fridges, double dishwashers, ice maker, bar fridge, game room, hot tub, hefty outdoor furniture, comfortable beds already made up for you. It’s always a pleasure to book through Elliott Realty for North Myrtle Beach as they are so knowledgeable and dependable.

We stayed at Living Beach 3 and it’s right on the beach. Having an elevator was a plus since most of our party were older adults and climbing stairs multiple times a day isn’t always the easiest thing. The views from the living and dining rooms and kitchen were spectacular. The kitchen had everything you needed and the bonus ice maker was super convenient and appreciated. There were seven rooms total and all had a private bathroom. Two bedrooms had private balconies with great views, and the game room had scenic views as well. I would suggest that they place a safety bar in each of the bathrooms to help when people are transferring in and out of the tub/shower. Another little suggestion would be to maybe have a little pamphlet showing where lights for under the house are located instructions for the hot tub and pool little things like this would be helpful to people not familiar with those types of things. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

We stayed in Living Beach 3 the week of February 15 - 22, 2025. The house was lovely, clean, and spacious.  The larger issue was the heat on the main floor Tyra, did a phenomenal job in assisting and did get a contractor out and he got the emergency heat to come on and rise from 59 to 66 degrees which helped. But overall, the house was great, with a well-equipped kitchen, loved the decks, the view was breathtaking and the location was wonderful! We had a very relaxing week and very much enjoyed our time!

Needs a little work!

Appliances are needing replaced! The washer and dryer are extremely loud and the washer takes ten times sometimes to get the load to actually wash. The tubs will not hold water. The o-rings on the stoppers were gone. Probably from using bleach to clean the tubs over and over again. Quite a few of the stools and chairs were needing repair. Very wobbly and some we were afraid to sit In. There was not near enough silverware. Luckily we only had nine adults and 1 baby in our party because there was less than a dozen total forks including salad and dinner forks. The knives were so dull we giggled that they weren’t cutting the vegetables but denting them. Water filter in ice maker needs replaced. The red light is showing so. Light bulbs burnt out throughout the house. I am a little confused about how the cleaning works because the website said you cleaned well with disinfectants but the floors were BAD and with a baby crawling around we went and purchased a swiffer and mopping pads and it took many times vacuuming up sand and many many times with wet swiffer to get the floor to where our feet wouldn’t turn black walking around barefoot. We even vacuumed the elevator and stairways. One of the previous renters had left cigarette butts in the mulch and oyster shells outside the gate leading to the ocean. Someone before us had also left not so nice words in the guest book. It was not us. The bedroom on the main floor with the two queen size beds had fruit flies bad in the bathroom. The sink drain probably needs to have bleach poured down it. We never noticed the person come to address the hot tub and my husband did figure it out. When the pool person was there early in our stay he started the hose in the pool Nextdoor to fill their pool up and he left. After the water overflowed for quite some time we went over and turned it off. We were also surprised by the text asking us to take our trash with us. We didn’t mind at all to pull the can to the curb on Monday but if you rent a house that sleeps 24 you sure wouldn’t want to dig all your trash out of the dumpsters on Saturday and take it with you. Overall we loved the house and our vacation was excellent but these were just things that we felt like needed to be addressed.
