The location and atmosphere is wonderful. There's a huge soft spot in the kitchen floor with three tears in the linoleum from the soft spot. I reported it to Elliott as soon as we arrived.

Beach house

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The location is perfect, just needs some updating to weak floors, carpet, and kitchen. Would love if the rental company could let you check in online instead of waiting in the long lines at the rental office after traveling all day.

This is our fourth year staying at this wonderful house. Would have been our fifth year only that I waited too late two years ago and the property was not available at the time we needed it. The property is always clean inside and out. It is an older charming home. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners last year. The property has a wonderful history. If anyone is looking for a place with very few steps and even has a handicap ramp that’s right on the beach, this is the house. We are so thankful and count it a blessing to have the opportunity to stay at the Roy-Al. Elliott Rentals are some of the best!!!! They are highly professional and some of the friendliest people you will ever deal with! What a joy!
