If you are a student group (not a family), send an inquiry so we can match you with the proper unit to sleep your group and work with you on pricing. We will be happy to discuss the reasons why student group pricing is different than family pricing.
Sunsplash sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms , has 3 bathrooms, laundry access on the property, and is steps from the ocean. Why would you want to pack the car up each day for the beach, drive a few blocks from your vacation home, look for an empty spot at beach access & pay to park?? Avoid the hassle and "Just" stay with us where you can park your cars for free & WALK across the street to the ocean or to Ocean Drive!

Everyone asks why we do we not provide linens? The answer is simple we would rather offer YOU our valued customers lower rates to allow you and your loved ones more fun money :) Instead of adding random admin fees and laundry we "just" pass the savings right on to you! We are more than happy to rent them to you $25 a bed. Please let me know 30 days prior to check in if you would like to do so.
After booking a signed rental agreement and pic of ID are required to be emailed to us within 7 days of booking. Property owners require the image of rental agreement & ID to be sent back within 7 days of booking. I will send it to you as a pdf right after booking :)
Check in is 4PM Check out is 10 AM. Please do not attempt to enter your rental until 4PM . All of the properties are professionally sanitized and we need time to prepare your unit properly.
Groups consisting of primary booker under the age of 21, will be required to email a parent signed responsibility form and pic of parents ID. EMAIL AN INQUIRY IF YOU ARE A STUDENT GROUP.
Accidental Damage insurance is required $59 and $200 cleaning fee which are already included in your inquiry price :) cleaning fee includes washing the bedding/spreads/mattress covers/pillow covers, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and counting kitchen inventory/making sure it’s clean, and putting away clean dishes from the dishwasher. There will be additional charges for trash removal, washing dishes and furniture cleaning if needed.
The property and each unit is Professionally sprayed once a month by an exterminator, you will see palmettos because they come in on people, beach chairs, towels and anything/anyone who has come from outside.
Maintenance Dept. is available from 10AM-5PM and after that for emergencies.
Noise in building should not be heard outside of your unit after 11 p.m.
You will receive 2 parking passes and 2 keys
Main Street is 2 blocks away with ice cream, hotdogs, candy, gift shops, restaurants, bars, beach stores, grocery stores, a convenience store, ABC store, and a pancake house and Eggs Up Grill. There's a local made beach cruiser shop (Beach Town Bicycles) just off Main as well as surfboard rentals at Trunkplayer Surf Shop.
Your unit comes with 2 beach chairs to borrow, and a fun jumbo sized checker-board game. There is a picnic table and charcoal grill on the property as well. There is also an outdoor shower.
