“We had such a lovely time the cosy Nook was perfect for us, quirky with everything we needed for an amazing mini break. Gutted we didn’t explore more of the local area but the sun was shining so we were drawn straight to the beach. Will definitely stay again x”

“Beautiful location and very easy to find with host's detailed instructions. Nice to have a free parking space. We loved waking up and sitting outside with a coffee in the early morning sun, watching the boats go by and the swans and ducks swimming about. It is SO peaceful, especially at night as there's no traffic (you're not on a road!) and there are no streetlights. Property was beautifully clean and well equipped. Lesley was an attentive and helpful host. It was amazing to see all the seals……

“Lovely site, with new shepherds huts and yurts being adds to the site.. work is ongoing but done respectfully. Very peaceful with no WiFi, no phone signal or TV.. which was a plus, sat into the night by the fire pit talking playing cards etc. ”

“Great place to stay. Clean and cosy lodge with everything you need. Great area for walks. Close to many places is interest, If you into bird watching, there are many places to visit in the surroundings areas. Cley next the Sea and Rsbp nature reserves. ”

“Best “citybreak” stay of our lives! Everything was absolutely perfect and there’s nothing we’d change, except our length of stay - if we could, we’d still be there, but not sure the hosts would want squatters on their land! Animal therapy, amazing hosts, Mother Nature herself looking after you … bird songs, deers, donkeys, pigs, goats, cats, and anything in between! If you’re not used to glamping, don’t bother leaving nasty reviews. Says more about you than the place. If you don’t love nature,……

“Lovely little place in a peaceful area, the cricket pavilion has everything you could need for a short break - plus some thoughtful and welcome extras from the owner. Excellent Pub literally 5 mins walk away through the horse paddocks- their pies are delicious! Would definitely recommend the property and may well be back ourselves! Thank you :) ”

“We have just got back from the most lovely mini break at this property. A brilliant location and the facilities were excellent. Perfect for the beach and town and exceptionally well priced and a high standard of accommodation. We will certainly book again.”

“This property was ideal for a couple quiet relaxing break. The property has a little sitting area outside which is secluded with only the property owner or postman walking past. It was lovely and clean.”
