"Clean, safe, quiet"

"Absolutely love this hotel. The entire staff is wonderful. Breakfast was great and dinner was good also. There are wonderful restaurants close by and the shopping is fantastic. Highly recommend staying here"

" ⸻ The hotel is a small, newly renovated property with beautiful décor and a welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in Room 416, which features two queen-size beds. The beds themselves were comfortable; however, the pillows had an unpleasant odor that detracted from the overall comfort. The shower experience was inconsistent, with very low water pressure and fluctuating temperatures. At times, the water would turn cold mid-shower, requiring a wait for it to heat up again, which caused delays in our schedule. The balcony is quite limited in space and only suitable for standing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and personable, contributing to a pleasant overall interaction. The beach access and pool area were enjoyable, although they may feel somewhat small on busier days. Dining was a mixed experience. Caretta Caretta restaurant was overpriced relative to the quality of the food, which was disappointing for both myself and my family. The beach food options were satisfactory. However, The Market stood out positively—the caramel cappuccino, lemon cake, and breakfast croissants were all excellent. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not meet expectations. The bathroom floors and toilet were not properly cleaned, and I had to address this myself. Surfaces such as the mirror and counter appeared to have been minimally wiped, and I was uncertain whether the pillowcases had been changed. The lobby area is quite small, and during rainy days, there are limited on-site activities "

"The room was dated and in need of repair -- torn curtains, broken handles on furniture, malfunctioning microwave turntable, shower door did not slide due to a missing wheel, gross looking carpet. There were also ants occasionally. However, it was a fantastic location. We just did our best to only sleep and shower in the room and get out as much as possible."

"A/C kept turning on and off very loudly every 5 minutes, making it unusable at night. Completely ruined my whole stay. Also, my friend was given a parking pass for free and I was forced to pay $72 to park for a few nights. Lastly, the computer at the bar went down and they would not let us settle our check up but we had an uber on the way and needed to leave. Overall, probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and the AC was the main problem. "

"The room was very neat and very clean! The double bed was very comfortable and the TV was huge! Had a coffee maker, water bottles in the fridge, and the bathroom was modern and very nice. Plenty of towels, a new microwave, dishes and silverware - I didn’t need a thing for the 4 nights I was there. I was a bit warm in the room and they increased the A/C for me! Very kind and accommodating hosts! Wonderful to me! The room and bathroom was all I needed- they were big enough and very comfortable. I had no car so I cannot comment on the parking. Lots of shops across the street,which was a nice bonus, such as Trader Joe’s, Marshall’s,TJMaxx, Anthony’s Coal fired pizza, etc!! Great location,too!"
