“Tis property is amazing. We normally stay here for a weekend each year and since the remodel it is even better than it was. Every staff member we can across was amazing the female outdoor bar tender (I didn't get her name) was great very friendly and made drinks perfectly. Every one at the front desk went above and beyond and all the vallet drivers took great care of our car and always had a recommendation for food! The food at the hotel restaurant could use some work and more options. The……

“Clean”

“The suite was not up to par for a Marriott room. Overall it was tired and in need of much love. However, the host was responsive and helpful resolving some issues.We had no heat during the cold snap on two different days and the problem was resolved. One day it was due to an issue with the heat pump in the room. The next day it was due to the hotel HVAC system not working.The mattress in main bedroom was not a classic Marriott mattress, it was sunken and had no support. The garbage disposal in……

“The host was responsive but the accommodation was unacceptable. It was dirty, mildewy, and the floor of the hotel was undergoing renovation so there was no lighting in the hallways, there was dirt and dust in the hallways, the elevators were blocked by construction equipment so we had limited access. We complained to the host and had to leave the room and book a hotel room for the remainder of the stay. Unfortunately we had to spend one night in the VRBO which was not pleasant!”

“My family had a wonderful stay! Devin was a very responsive host, answering my questions prior to booking and sharing detailed instructions for checking in and out. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with open kitchen and living in the middle was perfect for our group, and our children loved the pools and beach.”
