「This place is perfect. Ferne is an excellent host with a beautiful cottage that is clean and comfortable.」

「The inside of the cabin is magical with all the fairy lights! The kitchen is organized and well stocked with like new everything! A rare find in my experience and greatly appreciated! We spent lots of time in the wonderful deck where we saw eagles and hummingbirds and all kinds of wonderful critters! The campfire area with chairs just inside the basement door was great! We think some of the beds could use an upgrade especially if more adults are staying. The linens and blankets are top...

「Very nice-staff helpful and nice as well. Good continental breakfast-only issue is turning on the shower -the door makes it impossible to not get wet. Poor design.」

「The hotel has a few positives: a firm, comfortable king-size bed, modern TV with Netflix, standing shower, mini fridge, free all-day lobby coffee, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and a 24-hour gym. Room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Both the air conditioning and sink had unpleasant odors. 「The facility is indeed compact in its design, including the common areas and rooms. Room space is just adequate. High quality mattress. The shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable and the flow rate was not adjustable; the spray was too powerful and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good both mornings that we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived. I chose the hotel because it offered what looked to be an accessible room. I am very unhappy that I did not get the room I booked.」

「The room was had few problems and that switched us to new room they solved our issue. Great customer service」
