“Quiet location, easy parking in driveway. Very well stocked kitchen, although we had no need to cooking on this particular trip. Bedroom a bit cramped with the comfy king bed, but the size of bed was more important for us than being able to move around a lot. Bathroom roomy, nice to have washer and dryer handy. Contact info for hosts was at hand - they make themselves very available should a need arise. Would definitely stay at this property again.”

“The location was beautiful. The studio was lovely a great space. But I was a little disappointed on how the bathroom smelled like mildew and I had to keep the air vent fan on the entire stay as well as the washer had the most disgusting odor. There’s no windows that could be opened, so when we were cooking breakfast, I had to leave the front door open. There also were a few large dead spiders in the corners. There was no garbage bags, no sponge to wipe the dishes before putting them in the……

“We booked this basement apartment for family members to stay in while visiting us. It was very clean and a nice place to relax in after spending the days sightseeing. We liked that it was only a few blocks from us in Maple Leaf and within walking to coffee shops or the yoga studio in the morning and a short drive to downtown and North Seattle neighborhoods. The owner was communicative, and we didn’t have any issues during the stay. Overall I would highly recommend if you’re visiting the Seattle……

“First off, Tracy is awesome. She is very communicative and accommodating. Secondly, the space was so clean and neat. It’s, in my opinion, better than the listing described. We had our toddler with us so we had to move a few items to where she couldn’t reach to ensure she wouldn’t break them. So overall, a very kid-friendly space but it’s also perfect for couples. “This is a very small but well designed cottage in the yard of a larger house that is also rented as a vacation property. This is a a good neighborhood in a great location. However, the cottage is on a wooded lot and is very damp. There is a strong mold/mildew odor. The owner has apparently recognized this and placed a scent dispenser in the unit that only makes things worse. Also, there are appliances (hot plate, electric kettle) plugged into an extension cord that is plugged into a power strip.……
