「I’ll start with the Cons:- Unit wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped. The floor still had a lot of dirt, the counters were sticky, and there was a lot of dirt on the chairs. The appliances were also not clean.- The sliding door was hard to open/closePros:- Plenty of AC to keep the unit cool- Plenty of space for our family of 5 for 8 days. It was especially helpful to have two bathrooms for all of us.- Lots of beach equipment: towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc - super helpful for our...

「This vacation home was very modern, relaxing, and made it very easy to fully enjoy our vacation. We celebrated our 20 year anniversary and the host left us a really nice note and token congratulating us and welcoming us on our stay. We did not need much as this place was well stocked. Because of what is included we did not have much need to communicate with host though they made us very aware that we could contact them for any questions. The location is 14 minutes from Waimea Bay in one...

「The property is located about 10-20 mins from some awesome beaches in the North Shore. Snorkeling was awesome at PupuKea Beach. Waimea Bay was great for a family beach day. Waimea Valley is great for the waterfall and garden scenery, both Waimea locations took us about 20-30 mins from the condo because of traffic. Food trucks to the south were great, we loved getting our daily fresh smoothies at Tina's and the breakfast at Da Bald Guy was ONO (amazing.) Lots of options to meet everyone's...

「Some pictures on listing are either outdated or of a different unit. It was still similar to what you see. Enjoyed a few of the things included; wagon, beach toys, and playpen. Kitchen was stocked well enough; I've seen better and worse stocked kitchens. While the unit was clean, there were some pest problems that I'm sure are difficult to manage on the island. We were engaged in an ant battle during our stay. The ac unit in the loft seems useless as the window it uses is stuck open. I could feel...

「The rooms were clean overall and the host was generally communicative. There were some delayed responses but not about anything that was critically important that would have impacted the quality of our stay. The furniture and flooring could use some updates. The AC units work, but they draw air from outside via ducts so the setup is a bit clunky but works. It was great to have laundry washer and dryer on site in the unit which was convenient. There was some confusion about the checkout time and...
