“Overall a good stay! The beds were cozy, there was plenty of seating, the free parking spot included is always nice, and it was an easy walk to lots of things.. However. The rooms were cleaned at the base level, but when we dropped something under the bed and had to pull it from the wall the underside was GROSS.Also checking in at night was a bit tough. The gate to the right goes up wooden stairs and is NOT the correct house. It was hard to find and no one would answer the phone. Overall is was……

“Beautiful space and very convenient to everything! Owner was very communicative and really friendly. Parking was abundant and the area is just so pleasant. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“After needing help checking in, which Teddy was very patient and helpful, everything was fantastic. Great neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants. Was very clean with lots of little things to make it a special stay: different flavors of tea/coffee with flavors to add, s’more packets on each bed, thick huge soft bath towels, to name just a few. I’ve already booked Teddy’s place for a visit in September. Highly recommending booking this place! ”

“Great place, nice quiet street. Street parking is free, which was great since we had a truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. My only criticism is the comfort of the furniture. Beds are extremely soft - too much so for our taste. Others may find that to be a plus. Also, the living room furniture is attractive, but not very comfortable. But the kitchen chairs are more comfortable and can be easily mobed into the living room. ”

“We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time in Chicago.The apartment was nice, clean, and near restaurants and a grocery store. Chicago parking is always a challenge, and we had a little walk on one of the days, but we were able to park right out front when unloading and loading luggage and personal effects. Check in was easy and Joan the host was available for any questions. I would recommend this cute 2 bedroom apartment! ”

“Clean, spacious, and in a nice part of the city. Living room gets good natural sun light. Pleasant. Beds are comfortable, soft pillows. Clean soft sheets, decent towels. Tea, coffee, and basic condiments in the kitchen. Hot water kettle was very useful. Few steps up- so one needs to be able to negotiate steps with luggage. Limited number of bowls, plates utensils- but adequate.Did not use their wifi. no opinion.Host is responsive and communicates promptly. Enjoyable stay.”
