“The room was clean and comfy and well designed. Had a meal in the restaurant on the evening and was delicious and really good quality. The breakfast was excellent, great produce and presentation although would liked to have had some fresh fruit or cereal as a choice.”

“Very friendly welcome and lovely attentive staff at breakfast. Fab food cooked to order for breakfast along with some premium fresh extras like pastries, granola and fruit. It was great having on site parking as this can be a problem when staying in Bath. The hotel and room was well decorated with all the amenities. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows, so had a couple of brilliant nights sleep. Only gripe of the whole stay was that the toliet seat must have broken at some point and had……

“Room was clean but small. There was just sufficient space to move around the bed. On both occasions we stayed at Hathway House in different rooms this was the case. It was fine for us but might not be great for people with larger cases. The entry arrangements worked well but we did not see anybody on either occasion when we stayed. ”

“Overall I am very satisfied with OYO. The reception manager is ver nice and helpful and one I must mention is the breakfast. It is very good and delicious and there are a few you can choose so you can try different kind of breakfast if you stay a few days. Also the location is very easy to find and it is just 20 minutes away from the city Centre.”
