“The carpet is very dirty. I dare not walk on it with barefoot. Cheingum and dust . This is not Four Points’s Stanard. Though, the breakfast is good with a lot of choice”

“A lot of maintenance being done. Was assigned a room, was put into a construction area and had paint fumes fill my room from the a/c unit. Went to the desk to get another room and took the staff over 30 minutes to respond and find me another room. Very poor response. Newly assigned room was acceptable. Tried to talk to manager and was told in meetings. Finally able to talk to manager about 2 hours later. Restaurant air conditioning was very poor. Not comfortable at all. Was told menus were in……

“I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!”

“I asked a staff to come help refill the body shower foam and he stepped all over the place with his shoes including the mat that I dry my feet on. Uncalled for.”

“Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.”

“The resort was too worn out and smelly room. Food was not good.”

“Me gustó mucho este hotel. El personal muy acogedor y simpático, el desayuno muy bueno. Y las vistas desde la habitación fueron espectaculares. Es sin duda un gran hotel.”

“Pretty nice stay and relax diving.”

“Comfortable glamping with great view. Clean and comfortable. ”

“First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last……

“The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.”

“Vi bodde 3 nätter på hotellet. Utomhuspoolen var extremt smutsig och därför avstängd 2 av de 3 nätterna vi bodde på hotellet. Jag begärde någon form av kompensation som gratis middag men hotellet ville inte ens bjuda på en middag. Mycket dålig service. Kommer aldrig bo där igen.”
