“Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.”

“It was an enjoyable relaxing week. Got some golf and fishing in and beach time. Anybody looking for shells, this is the beach to look for different type of shells. As for the condo it was in wonderful shape and very clean. You will get your steps in for the week.”

“I was disappointed to find the playground closed. We had our grandsons a couple times and it would have been nice to have that. This was not mentioned in the advertisement for the unit. Pool is under repair also.”

“My husband and I attended a wedding at the St. Regis. This place was literally right across the street and it was so convenient to just walk over to the venue and walk back after the evening was done. Also, very short walk to the beach with easy access. We found the place very clean and we had everything we needed. They had many amenities that we didn’t get to enjoy, like a grill, because our stay was short. Overall, great place to stay.”

“Love the perfect location for ORv beach access. The apartment was very clean and the communication was excellent. I will definitely will be back . Me and my family really enjoyed it.”

“The stay was great. The problem we had was no privacy. Guests staying adjacent, shared our decks, and had kids that would stare in our sliding glass door. Pretty uncomfortable. Also the dishwasher didn’t clean very well, and couldn’t be opened the same time as the fridge. The WiFi bufferd often. We used our personal accounts to watch TV, but would often change to other users. We would sometime get local channels, and other times had to log in to each local channel individually. Other than that,……

“We had an amazing week at this fantastic property! The location is perfect, right on the water. We could hear the ocean every morning when we woke up and every night when we went to sleep. And the deck is really all you need for enjoying the beauty and the peace of the ocean. The home was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner was so wonderful to deal with. We will be back soon!”

Not institutional at all like some VRBOs. Robyn was fantastic to work with and the facility was quiet. Found some great restaurants and spent most of our time on the beach. Looking forward to coming back soon!”
