“Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. Expected more from Vrbo who I’ve booked some lovely holiday villas through before. They really should……

This was another big property. It was very strange, there was astro-turf in the dining room and the hot tubs were inside. This house has a lot of stairs! The house was well equipped and was close to town. ”
