"Room was spotlessly clean, all staff exceptionally helpful and food was delicious. As we were only there for one night we didn’t get chance to go into the spa but we hope to next time 😁 "

"This place was amazing, we had such a great stay while we visited North Wales for a hiking trip. Food was really nice and a great choice of food. Staff can't do enough for you and are very attentive for all your needs. To finish it off we used the Spa to have a lazy day before travelling home, this was really good as well, my wife had a treatment and said it was the best she has ever had. If there was one thing I could fault, this was the beds were too hard for our liking, but know this is just personal preference and didn't spoil our trip. When back in the area, this will be the place we will be booking to stay, maybe will take a memory foam mattress topper with us to sleep better lol."

"Great location, just off the front. Staff were helpful and friendly. That’s the good points. Room was small, bed way too small for 2 people. Shower trickled water and was too small to shower with door closed. The buffet breakfast was ok. The bar area is also way too small for such a big hotel, although the staff did recommend the bat in their sister hotel just round the corner"
