“Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud. The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on!”

“The place was great. It fit my family of 6 perfectly. Some people complained about the elevator, but honestly the wait times were pretty average for a tall hotel/resort with 6 elevators. The parking spot was TIGHT, however we ended up parking in a non-reserved spot for the week that we were there. My only complaint was there were no linens for the pull out bed. I might have missed that I was supposed to bring them, but I don’t think I did. It wasn’t a big deal, my kids brought pillows and……
