“The best hosts. Very personable and interesting. We got to know Herbie very well, and he was accommodating and interesting to chat with. This place is why we stay at these kinds of rentals rather than impersonal and cold hotels. The beds were comfortable and everything was adequately stocked even with our demanding coffee habits. The space was a great landing pad and offered some respite from a busy family trip.”

“Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The……

“This was a great place to stay for the weekend. The property was just as pictured and clean. There were plenty of extra bedsheets and linens provided. The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again. ”
