"I was a little confused when I got to the cabin(s), I was expecting one and there were four so I had to locate the cabin I was to stay in. I was not able to turn on the heating/air conditioning and there were no instructions for the unit. I didn't realize the coffee maker was a keurig so was unprepared too make coffee, it would have been helpful if it was described in the description. There was no chair for sitting except for the kitchen chairs. Big screen TV but if you don't subscribe to a streaming service you can't watch TV. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated but not a place I would bring my wife. A little too primitive for me at my age, I need more comfortable lodging. Also, I messaged the host with three questions and only received one response. I checked out after one night and am requesting a partial refund."

"We had a very good stay. We found the house very clean. The living space is cheerful and whimsical and we enjoyed the art. Conveniently located. We were a family of 4 adults , an infant and two dogs and it was very comfortable for all of us. Daphanie was very good with communication. We would definitely stay again. Thank you. "

"This is at least the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed in this particular cabin and the 5th or 6th time I've booked one of these cabins. They are always clean. Check-in is always easy. Stay is always peaceful. Just wish I'd had more time to fish this trip."

"Bobbie is like the favorite aunt you love to go visit! The one that spoiled you rotten and always welcomes you with a smile. She had a basket full of goodies and drinks for us that we were so thankful for with us on the go. Of all the places I have stayed while traveling, this by far the cleanest place I have been. I was traveling with my daughter and felt total safe here. We had preparations to take care of for a funeral and came in later at night. She has motion sensor lights that light up the out side area which is great for safety and was excellent for unloading the car. The bed was very comfortable. I felt very relaxed here. I had no problem sleeping here. Ladies for those of you that don’t sleep well at hotels you know what I am talking about. I stayed in a hotel in Johnson city back in November. I wish I had known about Bobbie’s rental sooner!! Her rental was cleaner, felt safer and was cheaper than the hotel!! We can’t wait to go back and will definitely be staying with Bobbie again!"

"Such a GREAT little cabin on the water! Just wish it would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the deck and the outside. If you are looking for a nice little getaway,convenient to lot's of outdoor activities, this is the place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing! The only negative, wish there was more lighting in the living room, ie a lamp. Other than that, it was perfect!"

"Great location not far from Lovers Lane Boat ramp, great views of river ( you can fish this stretch right out the back) and overall very nice and near new. Well stocked and photos do not show new artwork. "
