"It's not a matter of maintenance, it's a matter of appearance. They should remodel the rooms. Simple changes would give them a new look. The furniture and beds are fine, but they should remove the carpets, replace the bathtubs (they could be fiberglass showers), change the interior colors of the rooms (they feel a bit sad), and definitely replace the curtains."

The rooms have a very good size, the kitchen is well furnished, the laundry room is an amazing addition, having the room distribution as if it was a small apartment was a nice surprise too.
