"Staff were friendly Room was tired , toilet was difficult to flush. Room Was situated next to staff area which became noisy with doors swinging and banging. Sleep was disrupted. "

"Absolutely amazing experience. Clean and everything you need. Staff makes you feel safe. Was out late and there was a sketchy guy following me and yelling things at me. I made it to the hotel and let the staff know, they all stepped in without hesitation. Would highly recommend. Will be staying here if I ever come back to London."

"Excellent choice for an airport hotel. I worry about the noise when staying near airports. But I could not hear one single plane flying by. Kudos to the windows and insulation in this place. Staff was friendly and very efficient. The bar/lounge was amazing - you’d never know you were in an airport hotel. And the free airport shuttle was the icing on the cake. 10/10 would recommend."
