"Hotel appeared to be clean. Surrounding area (I assume this was not the Hotel property) was in need of attention. Location was convenient to local areas. All in all - acceptable."

"Breakfast was huge and fine. Convenient, beautiful view. Keith and Joe provided good service. Saturday night the hotel was full of drunk, loud wedding guests laughing and talking in the hall. I had to say "Please, people are trying to sleep" twice between 11 pm and midnight. The grounds and porch are gorgeous. Don't get a room off the porch. Even though most of the porch is roped off til 10 am, several people on both days stepped over the rope and sat talking loudly outside others' room The hotel needs to hang a sign from the rope saying something like "Closed: ,quiet zone until 10 am". I took a shower and couldn't find the hairdryer. I looked through all the drawers of the bureau and nightstands and under and around everything. I called down to the front desk. The receptionist said, "It will be in a drawer if it's not in the bathroom." I looked again - 15 minutes of looking and calling. At the second call, Emily? who was very courteous, immediately brought one up in a black velveteen bag. I found the dryer the next day - 7 feet up, on top of the coat shelf, on top of a large folded blanket. We'll probably stay there again, but on the quieter 3rd floor, end of hall."

"Have stayed multiple times for over 30 years very convenient walkable located right on the main streets of downtown Mackinaw City. Hadn’t stayed in past 5 years due Owner/or management had let hospitality along with maintenance and basic cleaning slip. We decided to try it again our check in was smooth reception pleasant. Noted outside areas clean and our room was fresh (the awful grungy smelly old carpet has been replaced with LVP). Comfortable mattress Rates were good"

Bridge Vista Beach - Hotel & Convention Center

"Overall hotel was very nice. We arrived at noon and they went ahead and checked us in early at no extra cost. Hotel could use a little updating in a few areas. Our shower had a couple damaged spots of drywall and they were taped over. Waterpark was nice minus the mostly empty pool in the middle with old, dirty water sitting in it. Lakeside beach was very relaxing and amazing views."
