「The location of the lodge was great. they were doing a lot of construction on the one wing. several of the outdoor amenities were not available to use.」

「Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「We loved our stay at Sugar Beach Resort. We were greeted warmly and felt welcome. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the beach from our private spacious balcony. Beach chairs were set up and there were plenty. The hallways and elevator were very clean also. Housekeeping comes once every three days which was perfect for us, we prefer it that way. Everyday you choose what you’d like from a selection of boxed breakfast items for the next day, they deliver at your door at a time of...
