「AC was not working in the room, so they brought us a portable AC in middle of night that also stopped working as well. We told the desk we were sweating and were hot all night and had no AC and they only would give us about $5 credit in rewards points was the best they said they could do! Paid extra for this room for balloon fiesta and was miserable with no resolution from staff on the issue.」

「Stayed one night. 10/10. Room was clean but in need to some updating. Morning staff not too friendly. Rude at most. Breakfast skimpy but something. Not horrible but Ok for the money and one night.」

「Marcie and Mollie were extremely helpful with helping me resolve a booking error that I made. Wallpaper is painted to cover up spots. The carpet does not meet the transition to the bathroom. Outlets are loose and most of them don’t work. We had to unplug lamps to be able to charge devices at night. We had two rooms. One smelled so strongly of cleaning solution, the other smelled of smoke (non-smoking...

「The staff was extremely friendly, the place was not clean carpet was stained and torn the TV absolutely sucked no local channels no news no ESPN or any other decent channels the grounds were filthy look like it hadn't been mowed in weeks I would not recommend this place to anybody」
