「We had a great stay for one night. The hostess greeted us outside when we pulled into the parking lot, and showed us right to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the Inn at Little Washington is really only 1-2 minutes. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and felt personal- a very friendly staff that clearly takes pride in making sure guests are well cared for.」

「I loved the ability to just tap in my room code without having to interact with anyone. The home was charming, but the walls are paper thin. That is to be expected in an older home. The was the perfect size (the Adams suite) for two people. The water gets very hot! Be aware. :) We had a lovely stay and would definitely return to this property in the future.」

「The bed was broken and slanted badly. The sink was terribly small. The old house was just thrown together and patched together to make it work. Bedding seemed clean and towels were good. And shower was good but overall pretty shabby. We wouldn’t stay there again」

「The stay at Woody Westover was made complete by the communication from the host. She was very helpful in addressing a minor issue that came up during my stay, and was warm and welcoming. The property had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay in Washington DC and the location was excellent! I only had to take a short bus ride down to the National Mall, which served as a great bonus to the location. The property felt safe and I could come and go as I needed.」

「Overall very positive for our purpose of visiting our nation’s capital, but a couple of negatives. One positive—location. Close to the national mall area, close to subway system, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Another positive—space utilization. We comfortably slept 10 people and also ate many meals at the house and had enough dining room table space. Another positive—safety. We felt totally safe walking through the neighborhood to the national mall area and to local...

「The host was very nice and communicated quickly each time. Everything was as listed with extra items provided such as a jar of candy, a loaf of homemade chocolate chip bread, and toiletries if you forgot something. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of towels. The washer, drier and laundry soap was very appreciated. This was centrally located for our travel plans and we would stay here again if we return to this area.」

「Spent two nights in the Goldfinch Room and we were most satisfied with every aspect of the suite. The bird themes are a nice touch and not overdone. Helpful hosts made sure the fridge had fresh milk, juice, and snacks. Location is conveniently located within walking distance to coffee shops, a grocer, and historical homes and churches. A CBP change of command ceremony brought us to Harpers Ferry. Hope to return and would certainly stay here again.」

「We had a beautiful long-weekend stay in the Riverview Suite! The suite was beautifully designed and decorated, with a sweet view of the river down below. The gardens were pretty, with lots of deer and a few groundhogs. The window seat was especially lovely. The bed is a Murphy bed, which was opened up for us when we got there. We never closed it back up, as the suite is spacious and there are plenty of other comfortable places to sit, so we never needed the space. The mattress on the bed was...
