One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). 「Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! We will return soon.」

「What a lovely stay! My husband booked this spot for a two night getaway for my 40th so I could have a nice break from toddlering. I didn’t meet the host but I’m sure she’s great. I did meet the dogs, also great. In terms of the amenities, the kitchen was stocked with tons of little thoughtful items ie: popcorn, wine, filtered water, soups etc… The bathroom was also stocked with everything you need, even lotion (rare). The view was beautiful to wake up to and I can’t recommend this space enough...
