"We stayed in a loft room and it was excellent! Yall ceilings, very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful from the calet to the front desk. "

"The tub was black, the toilet was nonstop running and didn't flush. The ac kept rattling. The $100 deposit wasn't known until day of. Was told that I had to pay 30 extra for a late check out, which was only an extra hour. All around, not very great."

"Room was clean, staff was super awesome, kick-back and breakfast was very good, fresh and stocked, parking was esy and felt safe. Overall a.very good experience for my first time at a Drury."

"The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available. It was not fixed during the stay and I was only offered a $40 credit. I would never stay here again. "

"The pool was unfortunately so cold we were unable to go in until our last day. There were ants in the pool room but it seemed like they didn’t something to get rid of them. There was no shampoo or condition in our room but the staff replaced it right away. There were streamers from previous guests still stuck on the mirror. Other than that we had a great time!"
