“Room was clean. Pool was not working after confirming with phone call the day before that it supposedly was. This is the only reason for picking this hotel was that it would be fun for my 12 year old daughter to stay there. This was kind of a splurge for us to even be able to afford to stay at a motel. Ice machines were not working, exercise equipment was out of order, No coffee in the coffee carafes. Also outside security door did not even close to latch. Front desk said we should have……

“Room was clean that was about the only good thing I can say about this place. Staff was barely helpful. Cleaning staff was rude and loud. At check in was handed my room key and that was all. Wasn’t told my room number, floor I was on or what side of hotel room was on. As I was walking away was told the breakfast hours and that was it. Elevators have two doors. One door is guests, while “rear door” opens on the first floor to cleaning staff/laundry room area. On several occasions guest and……
