「We had a very nice stay. Saddam was responsive and accommodating to my family's last minute plans to visit Rochester.」

「Everything was actually better than advertised and the host was responsive when I asked about the WiFi setup. He walked me through the setup and everything worked as he promised.」

「We stayed here for a family event and wanted to have everyone together. It was nice that there were 4 twin beds since we only had 1 couple. The layout was nice. The host included thoughtful touches like some tea and sugar in the kitchen and hand lotion in the bathrooms. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning and watched bunnies eat the clover. The location is perfect. Close to the campus and food option. We will definitely be back!」

「Did not come with toilet paper or a kitchen scrubbing brush」

The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

「Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!」
