“The host was very attentive answered text and phone call. Close to RIT for attending a graduation ceremony. Very clean, stairs are very steep for mobility impaired. Bathroom is on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs.”

“Neighborhood not great. sofa in living room very stained. Front porch dirty. Wasn’t nearly as nice as pictures made it look. Beds were very comfortable and close enough to Park Ave restaurants to walk. Just a little rougher than we had expected. ”

“Great place! Clean and decorated tastefully. We needed place to sleep while we were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. There was a full kitchen with Keurig coffee machine (K-cups, cream & sugar available) but did not use anything other than refrigerator. Dunkin Donuts down the street, gas station, Wendy’s and Taco Bell, less than 2 minute drive. Full bathroom with stackable washer/dryer on 1st floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Pull out couch in living room, which we did not use. It was……

“Check in was very easy and the house was spacious. The host left coffee pods, coffee creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner for our convenience, which was really nice. However, it was beyond dirty. ”

“This was our second stay at the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The home has everything you need to be on vacation. From the kitchen amenities, bathroom, amenities, entertainment to include the Jacuzzi. The owner does a great job at communication, better than me! The location is just a few minutes from town, but nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors as well. Would love to stay again.”
