「It worked for over night, but it was so gross. It appears to be from the 50s maybe, with zero renovations. Carpet looked like someone puked on it. The shower was so disgusting I didn't use it. It looked like there was brown scum all over it and the tile was crumbling. The door didn't latch so it either flew open or had to be locked to stay shut. Smelled dirty. Im not sure more than basic cleaning had been down in years. Air conditioner was so loud and I'm sure it didn't help the air quality in...

「Read many negative reviews but stayed anyway as we were traveling with dogs and there were few options in area that night. The room was OK, clean with a comfortable mattress. Only bad was the outside temp was over 100 in evening and AC struggled all night. It worked, but noise level at even lowest setting was 56 decibels - loud for sleeping. After I booked it, spouse found reviews that mentioned bedbugs. We asked about it at desk, and got a weak answer about people confusing other bugs for bed...

「When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...」

「Analog motel in a digital world. The nice man takes my reservation online, then hand writes my data on an analog registration card. He hands me an analog key. The room hasn't been updated since 1954, except for a flat screen TV. Despite, or maybe because of, it all works. Excellent location adjacent to downtown and a terrific bakery/ art studio.」
