Once Upon A Tide is a beautifully renovated in 2023, single level chalet with a wraparound verandah and boasting a sea view across the privately accessed beach.. 2 steps to entrance.

All on the Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed front garden with terrace and garden furniture. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Sea fishing on-site. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Located on the North Norfolk coastline, just a short walk from the amazing sandy beach at Bacton, this end of terrace single storey chalet is located on a private park, it has a lovely wraparound decked verandah with outdoor furniture offering a great opportunity to simply sit back, relax and enjoy the ambience. There is a private entrance to the excellent sandy beach and a large communal grass meadow, to provide plenty of space for family fun. The chalet offers open plan accommodation, furnished and equipped to offer a very good standard, with comfy sofas and beds to fully relax and rewind.

The village of Bacton offers a children’s play area, lovely walks, two pubs with restaurants, fish and chip shops, cafés and an ice cream parlour. Bacton Woods is also a great place for a picnic and dog walking trails. The traditional seaside resorts of Cromer, 13 miles, and Sheringham, 17 miles, provide a great day out for all the family. Sea fishing is available at Bacton beach, so be sure to bring your sea fishing rod. Wroxham, 13 miles and known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, has many riverside restaurants, cafés and shops. The waterways are best explored by boat and are rich in birdlife and wildlife. Daily river trips and boat hire is available. BeWILDerwood at Horning is an outdoor adventure park, a perfect place for children to burn off some energy, and the Dinosaur Park at Lenwade offers both in and outside fun, as well as a splash park on warm days.

Avid gardeners will enjoy The Old Vicarage Gardens at East Runton and National Trust Sheringham Park, and for keen golfers, the Royal Cromer and Mundesley golf courses will not disappoint. Spend a day at Horsey beach where between December and February visitors can enjoy the chance to spot hundreds of grey seals and pups along the shoreline. Beach 100 yards. Shop and restaurant ¾ mile, pub 1 mile.

Peaceful, Relaxing Break

Great property in an ideal location with just a 2 minute walk to the beach which is accessed directly through the grounds of the park and 10 minute walk to the nearest pub/restaurant overlooking the beach. Well look after and all the ingredients for a great break. A massive thanks to Debby for the welcome pack and bottle of bubbly. We will definitely be returning in the future.
