Lovely place to stay.

Lovely place to stay. Lots of little extra touches that were appreciated, like chocolates/wine/treats for the dog.Wood burning stove was lovely.

Ship Ahoy felt very welcoming, the wine & chocolates and treats for the dog were a lovely touch when many places don’t do that anymore. The owners have thought of everything from a dish washer to air fryer which again was great, the only thing that could be improved is more cutlery & utensils, if the dishwasher was one then there was nothing to eat with as only 4 of everything. Other than that, would recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Ship Ahoy, Weather was great. The accommodation had everything you needed (If we had to be picky our preference would be a firmer mattress on the bed but that’s just our choice). The location had great views with a short walk to the beach and amenities. It was very peaceful and relaxing and a great position for watching the sunrise. Outside area was very well secured for anyone with a dog or small children. Would definitely return. Thank you. Karen, Shaun and Poppy the dog.

First Class accommodation

Wow, amazing property and it had everything you need even for the dog! Beautiful flowers, chocs and wine on arrival and treats for the pooch too! Lovely touch. Beautiful location with nearby quiet sandy beach walks and pub within walking distance! Would highly recommend staying at the Ship Ahoy, as the owner has thought of everything making this the perfect place to stay. Fantastic and big thanks!
