“We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot. “Clean room, anything you needed or curious about just ask the staff as they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend the downstairs restaurant. Might have been the best place to eat in Zakopane. Get a room with a patio/deck. Worth it. ”

“The front desk is very friendly and the dining experience (dinner) is awesome. After a whole-day hiking, it was great to relax yourself using their jacuzzi downstairs. They also have a swimming pool and a sauna room. I enjoyed my time there.”

“Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben.”
