「Wonderful hotel. Clean, convinient location, nice staff, and good breakfast. We enjoyed sauna and hot tub after long hikes. Nice roof top taras with a mountain view (Giewont). Our apartment was big and had balcony with nice view. I would definetly come back.」

「The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. 「Die Wohnung war sehr schön und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Es gab direkt vor dem Gebäude Parkplätze. Der Check-in war ganz unkompliziert mit Code und Schlüsselbox, sodass wir auch in der Nacht anreisen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief auch hervorragend.」

「War alles sehr gut, Büffet zum Frühstück und abends sehr reichhaltig und lecker, allerdings etwas wenig zusammen passende Speisen abends. Wie gesagt, lecker war's auf jeden Fall! Der Wellness/Spa Bereich wirkt etwas mehr nach Hallenbad aber die Leute dort waren sehr hilfsbereit und ich hatte kurzen aber erholsamen Spaß. 「Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!」
