The Space
Villa Infinity View offers a chic and comfortable stay with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, providing the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with nature. Wake up to the sounds of howler monkeys in the trees, the melodies of singing birds, and the distant murmur of the surf. Be mesmerized by the never-ending spectacle of waves breaking and surfers gliding in the distance. Experience sunrise and sunsets like never before. While we encourage you to explore the myriad sports, activities, tours, yoga, and wellness experiences that Nosara is renowned for, many guests find the villa so captivating that they choose to spend entire days basking in its tranquility.

The ingenious architectural layout allows you to seamlessly merge the kitchen, dining, and living areas with the pool and outdoor deck, effortlessly bringing the natural beauty and refreshing breezes indoors.

Inside the villa, two master bedrooms with en-suite baths (one upstairs, one downstairs) provide ultimate comfort and privacy. Two guest bedrooms, each with two twin beds (one of which is a bunk bed), share a bathroom. Every bedroom boasts its own outdoor space and unparalleled views.

A spacious infinity edge pool beckons for a refreshing dip, offering both a deep end and a wading area. The expansive living room showcases stunning views with glass sliders on all three sides. Gather around the large dining table in the dining area or enjoy casual meals at the modern kitchen's eat-in bar area, equipped with top-end appliances including a wine fridge. The upstairs TV/reading room opens to the living area below. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, while large fans and screened louvers in the main living areas allow the ocean breezes to flow through the house. Please note, as you're living amidst the jungle, occasional critters and insects may find their way indoors if all glass sliders are left open.

Step outside onto the vast covered patio area, complete with a wet bar, fridge, comfortable seating, dining area, chaise loungers, and BBQ grill. A secured carport area, Wifi, Bluetooth compatible sound system, washer/dryer, and two outdoor showers (one enclosed) ensure convenience and luxury at every turn. Villa Infinity View is nestled in Las Huacas, a private community with 24/7 security patrols. Just an 7-minute drive to Guiones Norte, the beach, restaurants, and more, you'll enjoy easy access to all the area has to offer. While the drive may be steep and winding, the paved road ensures a smooth journey by car, ATV, or even a local Tuk Tuk (taxi).

Getting Around
Transportation options include renting a car, ATV, side-by-side, and assistance is available to facilitate your choice.

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.

Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.

Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.

Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
