It has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Thanks to the availability of an annexe with 1 double room and bathroom, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Important: the annexe is only available for 8 persons.

The villa is surrounded by a large private garden and has 1 veranda and an outdoor dining area. Guests have access to an outdoor hot tub for exclusive, private use. You can also use the large heated swimming pool, shared with the other guests of the second villa on the same property, to relax and unwind.
