"Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

"As with much of Montreal, this hotel has a feeling of having "survived to get old." Everything was acceptable, but don't expect a brand-new facility. I felt that pricing was fair overall. Room service was prompt and adequate."

"The hotel is conveniently located across from the Notre Dame Basilica and many excellent restaurants, all within walking distance. Located in old Montreal and within a 8 minute walk to the jazz festival venues. The staff is very friendly and speak English and French. If we travel to Montreal again this will be our hotel."

"The front staff was great but the room was not the most well kept by the cleaning staff. I’m not sure if the property was overbooked but the pillows smelled/dirty and the bed wasn’t done properly. Amenities were also missing from the room (face towels etc). We expected a little better as this is a luxury brand hotel (compared to other hotels of the same tier). Otherwise it was good"

"My experience with the front desk reception was great overall and housekeeping staff work quickly and efficiently. The breakfast is the standard continental breakfasts that come with hotel packages that I usually search for, very attentive staff in the dining room as well. I stayed in a room by myself and was very comfortable and felt safe"
