“The inside of the room was lovely with new technology for door entry, lighting etc. and we loved the wildlife and farm animals. however the outside of the property was a total mess. It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery”

“New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away .”

“Beautiful clean house with gorgeous space for a large multi generational family to have a comfortable stay, but set up as a show home to sell rather than as a holiday let to stay in, so it was missing a few things for it to be really comfortable. It sleeps up to 10 but the dining table can only seat 6, there are only 5 forks in the house (we had to ask visiting friends to bring their own cutlery), no bins in the bedrooms, no extra bin bags or details on what to recycle, no hooks or coat stand to……

“No power outlets near bed to charge phone etc”

“House great , only want would have been coat hangers in the wardrobes and a larger mirror in the bedroom. We went to a family wedding and the house was perfect location for that.”
