“What a beautiful hidden gem! The pool, hot tubs and saunas were amazing to enjoy. And with large towels and robes provided you feel like a VIP. The room was gorgeous, with a beautiful balcony view of the garden. The staff was so amazing and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our short stay. I’m also usually very picky about hotel cleanliness and despite it being an older building - it was beautiful and clean and everything felt new. What a perfect stay”

“They claimed to be an air-conditioned hotel but our AC did not work and several other guests that I spoke to also had non-functioning air conditioning. We stayed for three nights because the conference was nearby and there was no effort to repair any of the guests' units. It felt like this is their scheme. Charge for AC rooms but only apologize when they don't work. When we requested a partial refund for the lack of AC, they ignored the request.”
