“Very easy check in and excellent staff. Location is right in town which is perfect if travelling without a vehicle. Room was on the second floor, there is a small elevator which is good to use when hauling luggage on the first and last day, but stairs are wide and not steep if you’re looking to get steps in! Room was a good size - I booked a single room - and had a good sized bathroom. TV and towel rail weren’t working - mentioned to the staff and they moved me to a new room really quickly and……

We had a superb meal in the pub, and the staff were very friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the views and a glorious sunset. “THE BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB A FULL ENGLISH WITH TOAST AND JAM, JUICE COFFEE/TEA CEREAL. THE EVENING MEAL WAS "HUGE" TWO MASSIVE SLICES OF GAMMON WITH SKIN ON FRIES TWO EGGS AND SALAD. WELL IMPRESSED. THE OWNERS WERE REALLY NICE, AND INTRODUCED THEMSELVES TO US APOLOGIZING FOR THE WORKMEN WORKING ON THEIR ALARM SYSTEM. WE READ THAT SOME OTHERS GUESTS HAD COMPLAINED OF THE ROAD NOISE, BUT WE COULDN'T……
