“Lovely home! The stay was amazing and there was great communication!”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Every room in our group had issues, including clogged toilets, showers that did not drain properly, and sinks where the water would barely go down. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance standards that any hotel should meet, regardless of its price or rating. It was unpleasant and frustrating to experience the same problems across……

“We were traveling through, so only stayed one night. It was good for the cost of the room.”

“盥洗用具缺乏”

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters.”

“There was no towels in my room, front seat was very helpful though. Unit was just inconvenient because I was tired and didn’t want to go back after getting to my room. There’s no coffee maker in the room which if I’m paying a good amount even cheap hotels have coffee makers. And most places that have kitchens have stuff to use to cook with. I just feel like the place wasn’t worth why I paid for. The laundry room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean either.”

“Not very clean, the room didn’t have enough towels and the staff was hesitant about giving more out (sheesh talk about ridiculous), the breakfast food was not appealing or tasty at all. Won’t stay here again… that’s for sure.”
