Wonderful Stay

Wonderful property. Lots of room kitchen was well appointed and beds were really comfortable. The game room and outdoor shower were a big plus. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Quick Beach trip

This was a great property, with a well-stocked kitchen, great backyard for the dogs to run. My kids loved the game room with ping pong, etc. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay!

Pleasant and enjoyable stay

Overall my family enjoyed our stay. Clean, sufficient, cozy home. Our boys loved the rec room in garage. The enclosed backyard was a plus for our dogs. The distance to the beach is about a 2 mile walk but convient if you dont mind paying for a golf cart rental or parking during peak season. The rooms were comfy and clean. If I have to picky and the only reason is to provide feedback … highly recommend bringing your own cookware or being provided better cookware. I also maybe would suggest a dehumidifier for the garage rec room. There must’ve been a lot of rain prior to our stay so the rug was a little saturated and room was a little musty. I would also suggest checking decorative pillows prior to stays due the ones in the rec room had major stains. our intent is not to be negative but just provide helpful hints. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back.

Rushed to list property on VRBO and it shows

While the main living quarters were ok it could’ve been a lot better, it feels like the home was purchased and either previous owner or current threw it together haphazardly so it could be sold and vrbo’d, Dish washer leaks so you have to continuously wipe it up so the floor doesn’t get damaged, the few pots and pans are old and scratched all up, there are nails all over the walls that at one time had stuff on them but now are empty Quite a few light switches didn’t work, no outside lighting for the back yard. The ground floor smell is awful, the smell of mold is so strong we couldn’t be down there for more than a few minutes. Walls were old panelling that has seen better days, light switches and a few walls had stuff splattered all over them. I did contact the manager about dog poop being all over the yard from the previous renters I’m assuming, there wasn’t anyway to pick it up so he did drop off a shovel the next day, there’s a table in the back yard that is a lean to at this point, it will probably fall down if you try to use it as well as the hammock, one of the supports are leaning, we were afraid to use it. Again it feels like they just slapped some cheap decor throughout and listed it on VRBO. The property really needs an overhaul with some time spent. Then it would be a great place to stay.

Fun Family House

Our family enjoyed the property so much and all the amenities especially the game room basement. Super clean, had everything we could possibly need and slept great every night. We love the neighborhood and convenient location to to grocery store, shops and restaurants. We were minutes away from the beach using our rental golf cart. Backyard has a nice privacy fence and our dogs enjoyed being able to run around. I would rent this house again.
